"A filter that works when everything else fails, AND a lifetime warranty? Easy decision. I ordered six — one for every family member's emergency bag, plus a couple for the house and both cars. It's something you hope never to need, but knowing we can safely drink from any water source in a disaster lets me sleep at night."

James Whitmore

"We go hiking and camping with the kids all the time, and drinking water was always the one thing I quietly worried about. Since we've had the AQUA-GS1, that worry is completely gone. We used it in the Lake District, from a mountain stream in Snowdonia, and even from a rain barrel just to test it — zero issues, no weird taste. Honestly one of the best things I've ever bought for our family."

Charlotte Ashford

"I was sceptical at first because I've tried a few filters that either take forever to run through or clog up after a couple of uses. This one is in a different league. Build quality is top-notch, the gravity flow is surprisingly quick, and the water just tastes neutral — the way water is supposed to taste. I've already reordered two more for my brother and my parents. Highly recommend."

Product Description

The One Thing Standing Between Your Family and Survival

The human body can survive 3 weeks without food. But without water? Just 3 days.

When disaster strikes — hurricanes, power-grid failures, contaminated municipal water — bottled water sells out in hours. Stores empty. Neighbors fight over the last case. And while everyone else scrambles in desperation, what will you do?

When Everything Fails, This Works

The AQUA-GS1 turns almost any freshwater source — streams, ponds, lakes, even rainwater — into clean, drinkable water. No power. No batteries. No chemicals. Just hang it, and gravity does the rest.

While other families ration their last few bottles, you'll have a steady, hands-free supply of clean water — set it up, walk away, and come back to a full gallon.

Filtration Built for the Worst-Case Scenario

Our 0.1-micron hollow-fiber membrane removes:

  • 99.99% of waterborne bacteria
  • 99.99% of parasites & protozoa
  • 99.99% of microplastics

This isn't a camping gadget. It's the same filtration technology trusted by emergency responders and outdoor survival communities worldwide.

One Gallon, Hands-Free, Ready When It Matters

Hang the AQUA-GS1 from a tree, a hook, or your pack and let it work while you handle everything else. The lightweight filter packs down small enough to live in your bug-out bag year-round — no shelf life, no expiration, filters up to 1,500 gallons over its lifespan.

Perfect for emergency kits, vehicle stashes, bug-out bags, and off-grid adventures — because the worst time to discover you're unprepared is when you're already in crisis.

Don't wait until it's too late. The time to prepare is now — while you still can.

    How It Works

    Fill From Any Source

Dip the 1-gallon reservoir into any freshwater source — a stream, lake, pond, or even collected rainwater. You don't need to find clean water first. That's the filter's job.

    Hang It Up

Use the built-in strap to hang the reservoir from a tree branch, a hook, or your pack. Get it above where you'll be drinking from, so gravity has room to work.

    Let Gravity Do the Work

Gravity pulls the water down through the 0.1-micron hollow-fiber filter — no pumping, no batteries, no waiting. Bacteria, parasites, and microplastics stay behind.

    Drink Clean Water

Clean water flows out the tube, ready to drink straight or to fill your bottles and containers. Set it up once and let it run hands-free while you handle everything else.

    EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

    Frequently Asked Questions

    How does the AQUA-GS1 work?

It's a gravity-fed system — nothing to charge, pump, or power. Fill the 1-gallon reservoir from a freshwater source, hang it from a branch, hook, or your pack, and gravity pulls the water down through the inline filter and out the tube as clean drinking water. Hang it and walk away while it works.

What does it filter out of the water?

The 0.1-micron hollow-fiber membrane is built to remove waterborne bacteria, protozoa and parasites, microplastics, and sediment — to 99.99% based on lab testing. It's designed for natural freshwater sources, not saltwater or water contaminated with chemicals, fuel, or heavy metals.

What water sources can I use it with?

Streams, rivers, lakes, ponds, and collected rainwater are all fair game. For the clearest results and longest filter life, fill from the cleanest water available and avoid heavy mud or silt. Steer clear of saltwater and any water you suspect contains chemicals or industrial runoff.

Does it need power, batteries, or chemicals?

None of the above. The AQUA-GS1 runs entirely on gravity — no electricity, no batteries, no chemical tablets, and no waiting for anything to dissolve. That's exactly what makes it reliable when the grid is down.

How long does the filter last?

Up to 1500 gallons of clean water over the life of the filter, depending on water quality and regular maintenance. Dirtier source water and skipped cleanings will shorten that, so backflushing after use keeps it flowing at its best.

How do I clean and maintain it?

When the flow slows, backflush the filter with clean water to clear trapped particles. Let the filter fully air-dry before long-term storage. That's the whole routine — no replacement parts needed between uses.

How do I store it — and can it freeze?

Store it clean and dry in your kit, vehicle, or bug-out bag. One important note: never let the filter freeze while it's wet — ice can damage the hollow-fiber membrane. Dry it completely before storing it anywhere it might freeze.

    What's included in the box?

The 1-gallon gravity reservoir with hanging strap, the inline filter, the connecting tube, and instructions are included in each order.

What about shipping, returns, and warranty?

Processing time is one to two days, and you should allow five days for delivery. Questions? Reach us anytime at support@guardsurvival.com.

A little slow but works well enough. Haven't had any ill effects from Colorado river water so it worked.
