SHIPPING INFORMATION

Processing time: 1–5 business days
Standard shipping: 7–10 business days
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped. Enter this number in the "Where is my order?" menu to check the status of your order.

Once the goods have been handed over to the shipping service provider, responsibility for the shipment passes to the buyer. In the event of refusal of acceptance or non-collection of the shipment, the buyer shall bear all resulting consequences and costs. A refund will only be issued once we have received the goods back in their original packaging.
